Asalam alaykum habibi

What guitar, what bridge/trem, and what do you play/how do you play?

I would , off the top of my head, never go past .80, I like .65 best, .74 is the heaviest ill put, but if you want a lower guage, dont go past .8, and for the high string youll need at least .09, if not .010

but tell more if you want some reall help man, thats not enough info

you probably wont get a high f with a scale over 25 reguardless of gauge.

as for low strings i have used 80 on the 8th. went 80 60 or 65 then standard 10 gauge.
