If you put up pics of the rest of the guitar it might be easier to tell if it's real or not

From those tiny pictures I can make out an edge I think , Its real. If it wasn't you'd probably be able to tell from the feel of it.

If you look at the 15/17/19/21 markers they are actually a little wonky, if you compare the 15th and 17th you'll see what I mean.

Its not really an issue, I just hope its not a fake neck or something, I just found it weird as all Ibanez that I have had have been perfect in that regard.

Another issue with the guitar is the E strings sit close to the fretboard edge, not sure if they all did that on the early production models, its not really bad but you have to be conscious of it otherwise you will push the string of the edge. I googled pics of the 87' RG550 and they all seem like that, I'm sure that's something they addressed with later models as the strings sit a mm or two closer to the centre of the board on my RG520.
It's 100% real and original. It doesn't surprise me that the dots may be off center a little bit, but it also looks like the neck alignment is off a bit in the same direction. This only compounds what your already seeing.

It also looks like your trem is a little off center. You should be able to push it slightly toward the control knobs.
