Alternate for Edge Pro Arm nylon bushings

Hello, a couple of nylon washers/bushings came for my Edge Pro trem arm. Since these things wear out after use, I was thinking if there is any alternate way to tighten the arm when all my bushings are out of order. This things are are not available in nearest store and I cannot also order online. Thanks.

You can order them from Rich (see ibanezrules).

Re: Alternate for Edge Pro Arm nylon bushings

Is it possible to install a regular Edge tremolo arm in an Edge Zero?

You can also install and original Floyd Rose arm on there without any issues. I always had a general dislike for the stock IBZ arm. I changed over to an OFR arm on my 1527 and it works great!

Remove the white bushings and put clear fingernail polish where they go. Let it dry, then replace the bushings.

Another option is plumbers thread tape - wind a bit on the arm and push the bushings over. It might take a couple of goes to get the tension right and get the tape sitting properly but should last a good while (I last did one a few months back and it's still tight).
