Re: american series strat

American series will be a standard Strat made in the US. Made in Mexico series etc is below it and Delux(USA) series is above it. Good all round mix of quality and sound.

Any pics?

Re: american series strat

The American series replaced what was called the American standard line. Of corse, now the American standards are back having replaced the American series. In the end, it's a usa strat. Each era has some minor differences, but the quality is high all around. Nice guitar!

Re: american series strat

so i got this guitar set up today, its like a hard tail now as i want the set up to last as long as possible,im not interested in using trem arm anyways and the luthier lives 2 train rides away lol.ive had a good few hours play since i got back from luthiers and boy i love it,ya cant beat that creamy strat tone, the clean tone is to die for.with only being a 3 single coil guitar if had to whack up the gain on pedal board for a hard rock sound, those alnico pups arent bad and handle high gain quiet well, anyways i didnt buy it for hard rock playing,i bought it for clean strumming and playing stuff like pink floyd,eagles,boston,70s rock stuff.
