I don't think the 7620 is neckthrough.

Try the Carvin DC727/747. Those are neckthrough and can be had with trem. I'm currently budgeting for one right now!

the Carvins are good, but need modification for any aftermarket pickups.

i like the ESP SC-607. it is neck through but has a string through body tune o matic rather than a trem.

Carvin 7's are decent for the relatively low price tag but are not top-notch - I owned two at one point and then discovered Schecter USA 7's. Search through past threads to find the exact pup dimension comparison between Carvin and Dimarzio. My other beef was with the poor fret dressing on both Carvins I owned.

Schecter USA has made a few neck-thru 7's but they are few and far between.

Depending on how deep your pockets are – contact Schecter or a Schecter dealer as I know they’ve made some neck-through sevens – I remember seeing a Korina neck-through with like 30 frets being sold by Drum City Guitarland a while ago.
