Any RG1570MRR or MRB owners?

I just picked up an RG1570 form an online store and when I got it, I noticed that around all the edges, the finish is bumpy. I just wanted to know if this is common for one of these with the more sparkley finish? Even the edges around the headstock are a little bumpy. Not nearly as bad as the body, though.
It's been about 3 years since I've bought a brand new Ibanez, which was perfect(an RG1527). Are there any known QC issues with Ibanez now? I've been out of the Ibanez loop for a while so I don't really know if things have changed or not.
Because of that, I'm thinking about sending it back but if they are all like that, I'll pass on replacing it with another and go for something else.
Other than the finish issues, it's a really nice guitar.

The guitar in question:

For what it's worth, whilst I don't own a 1570 I do own 3 sparkle-finish Ibanez guitars. An '05 1520, an '03 1527 and a '01 1077. Not even a hint of the problem you mention. Played a few newer ones in shops and again I've never experienced the problem (other than financially-crippling GAS!).
