Hmm.. that link to coffin case doesn't seem to lead to any shot of an ESP M3.
Depends on the version of the MIII. The really old ones with the super round edge bodies are ok(there's one floating on 'the bay' right now). ESP isn't super consistant with the specs on the MII and MIII, but you can usually tell how old it is by looking at the neck pickup to see if it's a single coil (ESP made or Duncan) or a Humbucker(once again either an ESP pickup or a Duncan '59). ESP's are really kick @$$ guitars but the ones that were made for the US market(after they opened up an office in the US) don't feel the same as the ones for the domestic Japanese market.
(btw, I actually bought the first Nammshow coffin case that John Edwards[now known as Johhny Coffin] showed at Namm show almost a decade ago.. right off Johnny himself, good to see him still around in the biz..)
