Oh yes !

I'll put some pictures here when I have some time.
The PRS Dragon 1 (labelled chainsaw on a sticker) is incredible !

The only pb on this guitar is that it was made for a French artist initially in HH configuration.
Then he asked to add a single pickup for better clean sounds... but it's just under the neck pickup...
So it looks as if there was a three coils pickup on neck and a double one on bridge...

I forgot to mention a push pull system to split the Humbuckers. It allows 9 different positions !

Re: Anyone have a varied selection of guitars?

Wow, It looks as good as it sounds.

That extra single coil must give some interesting, and unique tones. I assume that you could ge it wired so that the single, and neck hum (both coils) work together. Can you imagine the rhythm tones

I really like French guitars, there always seem to be quite interesting. My mother in law lives in the South of France, and there is a guitar shop not far from her place. Whenever I go down there there is always something fantastic that I am tempted to purchase. Maybe it's the sunshine but the guitars in the S of F look as good as the food!

Back to topic. That axe is an interesting collection all of it's own!

Hi !
The modification has already been done !
The vol pot is a push pull.

When you pull, the humbuckers are split.
But when you leave it pushed, the intermediate positions use the full humbuckers + the single coil !
So I Have nine different positions !

This guitar comes from a luthier and it's really a special one.

I Agree we have good choice in France on some products, but the price are really crazy (specially for american brands like Fender and Gibson).
Where does your mother in law lives ? (feel free to PM me if you like)

Ahh, see, I look for a strat I can play. I've got the maple fretboard, but it's strung up with 9's, and the neck's only slightly tubbier than a JS series.

That was always a bonus of my strat days - someone would ask "can I play your guitar?" and cause I'm such a nice guy I'd say "sure, or you can try!" and when they can't fret a note they give it back to me
