Black Cosmo hardware finish on NEW Prestige!?

Well, I've played my new RG652AHM for a total of about 2 hours, and already the black finish on the Edge bridge is worn off where my palm rests! Now, I know a little finish worn off is not a huge deal in and of itself, but if this happened after playing a brand new guitar for only a couple of times, what does that say about the lack of quality? And what will happen to my new bridge after a month? A year? Mind you, I wipe hardware down with a soft and clean cloth after each use, so unless I have pure acid coming out of my sweat glands, this should not happen so soon. Right?

It should absolutely NOT be happening. I have cosmo black on my RG2550, which I got 2 years ago and the finish is still okay. I got my RG1550MZ 3 years ago and the fine tuners corroded and the headstock tuners are starting to get a little weird but it's also a 2009 that had been sitting in a shop for about a year and a half before I even got it.

After 2 times playing though, that seems REALLY bad.
