Re: Can someone identify the color/exact model name on this PRS?

Thanks. That does seem like the color. There is a maple top on it, it just isn't very evident from the pictures.
Its just weird because I can't find a picture of that exact same guitar ANYWHERE. lol. I find similar stuff, but nothing with the silver pickup covers. I mean, I guess there is a chance they were replaced, but I doubt it(and I like them anyhow, assuming I can get rid of the oxidation). The guitar will be here probably Friday, so I'll be taking plenty of pictures

Yeah its a pretty sweet guitar and although those pictures arent bad they dont do this guitars justice! So please, share some nice new pics when you recieve your axe! Also, I thought the pickups looked pretty sweet, they looked like "aged nickle" too me but I guess your right, it could be oxidation lol :P
anyways, good luck with the axe

I know! I'm hoping the flame is a bit more evident. I'm guessing the top will look something like this:

which is called scarlet red. thats a ce24. I really hope its more flamed though.
Trust me there will be good pictures

To remove the oxidisation off hardware, if its the tuners/machine heads use a jewellery silver dip such as liquid silver, for any thing else hardware-is use either a small amount of silvo and a microfibre cloth or peek as all of these are none abrasive.

Wow thats pretty sweet! Thats something I did not know. I'll have to try that sometime, assuming I get oxidation buildup
