looks like an rg7621/7421 with emgs and a custom pickguard.

Yep, probably an RG7xx1 model, customised as above. I think the pickguard looks awful. Though personally I've never seen the point of adding a pickguard to a guitar that didn't have one in the first place.

To me the worst problem with those custom pickguards is the hole to the pups switch.
Just take a look at the pic above.

The sharp spikey bit on the top left corner doesn't seem to be the right shape either.
