Cosmo black OFR equivalent for 350ex?

Well, I've had my 350ex for a year and love it, but now with my UV777 I can see more plainly the Edge 3's faults compared to the Edge LoPro, so I was hoping to upgrade it to an OFR or something equivalent (with the same dimensions so no routing is needed).

However as you all might know the 350ex has the cosmo black and not the just black like the 350dx does...

This is a problem for me as I can't find any OFR's that have the cosmo black color.

So my question is: do any of you know if any company like Gotoh, Schaller, Ping, etc make a cosmo black color for high end Floyd Roses?

Thanks in advance,
Steve

I don't think you can swap with Edge 3 with an OFR. I think you will need to rout.

OFR does fit in Edge III route, I believe a number of people have done this along with Gotoh and Schaller swaps. I don't think you will find a cosmo black one though.

^^ Yep, or just black. With the Floyd you get a locking nut, so all that's left to change is the tuners and strap buttons. A used set of tuners can be bought on the Bay for not too much cash, and you could always sell your current hardware to finance the swap.

Gotoh makes a Cosmo black Floyd. Whether or not they export them out of Japan is another story though.

Thanks for the help guys!

If I can't find a cosmo Gotoh I might just swap out the hardware like suggested.
