Wow. That thing is a monster, very nice. Sorry to hear you're letting your FP go though.

Re: Custom JPM (beyond description) and other customs!

The fact is that Im not sure aboutbuying that guitar. Ill have to try it first. I want to sell the 77FP regardless of this guitar. If I sell the PMC Ill be recovering almost all the money I spent in both Daniels (the JPM AND the flamed maple top,,,, not all of it, but most of it). In that case I may give the 10 strings a try.

Bammbamm, Daniel's guitars dont have a website which I find quite strange since he has made an important quantity of guitars over the years, and his craftmanship is on par with the best Ive seen.

Re: Custom JPM (beyond description) and other customs!

I've been in contact with Daniel lately, and unfortunatly he's been through some rough times. The site was being built already from a few months ago but with the latest events he went through he had to put his attention somewhere else and just realized that his webspace had been removed. I sure hope he will get it working soon.

Re: Custom JPM (beyond description) and other customs!

Yes it is. Of the 12 guitars I currently own, 8 are custom made guitars and 4 are Ibanez (2027X, 77PMC, 77FP and SC500N).

Re: Custom JPM (beyond description) and other customs!

how would I get in touch in Daniel?

I just want a Mahogeny body with Hawaiian Koa top and a maple fingerboard. With a hardtail.

Re: Custom JPM (beyond description) and other customs!

I can give you his phone number or his email adress, but I dont know if he ships internartionally. For that particular job, you ll probably be better off with a US custom shop, since its not particularly complex.

God DAMN man!
That JPM looks like it's had an overhaul at West Coast Custom. Pimp my guitar... Very spectacular and very cool. Too bad about the trem though.

Re: Custom JPM (beyond description) and other customs!

The trem works fine, I would ve prefered a Lo Pro in the same colour that came in the BSB, but its no big deal. I may install a cosmoblack LP in the future.

I have to say that it has become one of my 2 favourite guitars (along with the custom RBM).

How long did the custom RBM and PGM take?

Re: Custom JPM (beyond description) and other customs!

The PGM took about 3 or 4 months. The RBM took quite more because it was made along with the RT custom and the RG Aztec. Of those 3 guitars, it was the first to be finished, yet I think I waited over 6 months.

Re: Custom JPM (beyond description) and other customs!

This guitar is now for sale.

Its been with me for a couple years, but I ve got 17 guitars now and I intend to scale down to 4 or 5 "player" guitars. As most of you know I ve been a collector for several years now, so this guitar (an others) dont really get played. It is still AS NEW. Check the add in the clasifieds for the details
