Customising and LTC EX-400

For those who dont no it heres the specification: http://espguitars.com/guitars_ex.html

So im thinking about purchasing one, and then stripping it of the finish, so the mahogany grain is on show. That will cost prob about 200.

I was then also thinking about fitting in a floyd rose, but do you think that will take away to much of the tone?

Has any body got any other ideas for me??

Putting a floyd in it will be cool, it won't affect the tone that much though

It won't affect the tone if it has EMGs.

Because all EMGs sound the same in everything.
