Customizing ideas for 7s

If you can just post ideas for customizing, i'd be greatful.
(im creating a beast of a 7-string) it will start out as a RG7620 but end up like a UV.

I've always had a soft spot for oil-finished mahogany or walnut bodies.

Actually I'm in the process of creating my dream 7-string aswell.
Alder UV body (angled jack+grip and claw)
Hum-Hum with green coils (no single)
Green knobs
clear pickguard
Neongreen/plum/black swirl (with a small surprise twist)

And if I have some cash left I'll have some custom inlay work done aswell.

So far for my current project (RG7-620 is already in my posession and I have put out an order for the body with Eddie Kolesar)

It's all about putting what you like into it. I dig figured wood and am in the process of doing two custom Sevens, most likely both will be highly figured woods, just having trouble decided which type to go with.

I gotta go with Gresh here. Figured tops are where it's at for me. I'm also partial to maple boards and really dig the no-inlay look. I'd also go with a seven in a H-S-S configuration as I've got the H-H configuration covered with my RG7CT and RG2027.

To each his or her own...

I'd love to get new stuff like pickups and Bodys but to be honest, it's more of a Self Customizing Guitar. I was going to get some stuff like: pickguards, pickups, inlays etc. but i cant afford big customizations. I have changed my mind and are doing

RG basswood body w/ custom made white Universe scrachplate
Scratchplate= 1 hum
1 Blaze II hum (green)

what im trying to do is to get the same style guitar as Munky of Korns First UV guitar (UV7BK) If anyone has seen this i think they'd agree it looks quite cool.

P.S Eddie Kolesar.......neither really although I like the look of the red UV
