DTX-120 - Whatever hapenned to the mini-destroyer...

Ok... I actually want to get one of those and i have found a couple of places here in england that still have them (both the normal in Candy Apple Red or Black and the FM in Cherry Sunburst)

Its just that while searching for one i got well curious... When did Ibanez start making them and when did they stop? Especially the DTX120FM It seems as if it was only around for a month...From what i figure, they were brought out in 2001 and by november 2001 theres no mention of them in any of Ibanez's international site....

Just being curious. Cause it is an exceptional guitar for its price. I think the tone is good (much better than anything in its price) and although its personal preference as always, the neck is effing comfortable...
A few people I know that have played it have all agreed with me. I would have thought it would have been quite succesful?

Anyway....me go now...

I own a black one of these and I used it as a work horse doing concerts. Probably the best guitar for its value. I also threw a Duncan Shredanator humbucker in the bridge. Amazing guitar for prize and one of those one year wonders.
