Question Early Ibanez Artist Owners

Hello,

I recently have become the proud owner of a 1981 AR300 and it really rocks! My lucky mate has an 1986 AR350PLT, I was wondering who else has these guitars and has anyone got any setup hints n tips?

Re: Early Ibanez Artist Owners

I have a 1986 AR350PLT as well. I love it!!
It's got such a FAT sound!!!! I had a gold plater
re-plate all the gold hardware except the tuners($225).
It looks great!!!

Re: Early Ibanez Artist Owners

These was also a 350MS but how many of the different colours where ever made? I read somewhere there are only 137 of the 350PLT, you lucky dude!

The back plate on my 300 say "made by the finest craftsmen in Japan for" is this usual? Or where they made to order?

Party On!

Re: Early Ibanez Artist Owners

In fact I'm happy with the simplicity of this guitar !
It's a plug'n'play model, she does what she does very well, no nedd to wonder about the position I need
