EBMM Thoughts

Would you guys buy more of there guitars if other models were available with locking trems instead of the telecaster on crack looking axis? Do you think it would also increase sales if they actually had FLOATING bridges?

I was just asking because i love the way a sihoulette looks but it is not avaible with a locking trem much less a FLOATING one. Any comments?

The Silhouette used to come with a Floyd, and they pop up on eBay from time to time... The Petrucci has a floating trem, and excellent tuning stability for a non-locking model... Lucky for me, I'm into the whole "Tele on crack" thing They're great guitars, regardless.

I would be all over a Sillhouette if they still came with Floyds.

Tele on crack?
Those originated from the Eddie Van Halen models!

Anyway, I think the EBMM guitars are some of the best built guitars.

And atleast the Steve Morse model still has a floyd as one of it's options.

Yeah, I can't believe that anyone would ever not like EBMM because "the build quality was bad." They are probably some of the best put together and solid guitars out there.

The Axis guitars are really sweet but they don't come as lefties . So what to do, get a custom made by Neil Bryan. Beats the hell out of the real thing .

Regards

André

Yeah I love them, a friend of mine had a Luke once with the EMG's. It was very nice actually. I was very impressed. I wasnt expecting it to be that good. But then again all you have to do is look at their endorsers. I mean, Steve Morse, John Petrucci.......they must be pretty decent!

They are very good guitars, but the body shapes are horrendous, and they dont come with a Floyd Rose. If the designs were vastly improved, I would buy a fixed bridge one.

I am not saying the axis isn't a great guitar. I am just saying that i think we all can agree that there are BETTER LOOKING guitars.

I am saying what do people think about this EBMM Sihoulette replica i found that has a floyd. I am long gone from the axis. I can't think about those for too long. It spoils my dinner. :P
