Edge ----> Double Edge swap
Hey, Folks.

I am able to get my hands on a double edge bridge for pretty cheap right. I'm planning on switching out the edge in my 91' RG560 for the piezo equipped bridge. I understand there will be some modding to fit everything.

But just swapping the bridges shouldn't be an issue right?

As far as I can see, the only difference is the saddles and the wires. The baseplate looks the same as the lo-pro.

A Double Edge will drop right in to a LoPro rout.

However, "some modding" is probably an understatement when it comes to adding the controls. You'll be doing a lot of routing. You may want to consider having an aftermarket replacement body built, it might just be easier.
