epiphone 7 vs Dean eVo 7 - which one should i go for?

Hi all, I've played the epi7 and its pretty good, i guess i'd buy it. i'm not able to get my hands on an eVo 7 other than by shipping it in, so im looking for feedback from people who have played the evo or better yet both. the pups in the evo are dean designed, i have no idea what they sound like. which one would you pick and why?

i have a dean evo7 and it's quality is outstanding for an import guitar, especially in it's price range(around USD$550 street price). and the dean designed pickups are the best stock pickups on any import i've played(that is i mean non name brand pickups).

I've heard good comments on both. *But I've heard the Dean 7-string necks are a little odd to some people. *I think they compared it to feeling like a 6-string bass neck, in that it was wide, and thin.
