Former Ibanez Custom Luthiers?
Does anyone know of who and what Ibanez custom shop luthiers (former) are doing? I know Mike Lipe used to work for Ibanez. Curious because I can name some former fender CS employees who have gone on to do their own thing, but can't really think of former Ibanez employees.

I happen to know Mike Lipe is building phenomenal guitars here in Southern California. LIPE GUITARS U.S.A. I met him at the NAMM show, great guy, great guitars!

The original crew was Mace Bailey and Jim Donahue when the CS was in PA. Mace wanted to be a pilot so quit to pursue that career. Jim started Noah James guitars, then using his Chinese contacts he had from trailblazing Ibanez production into China, started a factory with a Chinese partner. I believe they're making "house brands" now.

Remember that Nick Sugimoto (former Fujigen R&D responsible for many Ibanez models) now has Sugi guitars. See sugiguitars.com to check his models out.

Does anyone know where I could send a JEM neck to get cleaned up because it has seen about 20 years worth of playing
