Found a used RG550DX LB & RG760 CR - are these good deals?

I probably don't need any more RGs (currently at 7), especially since I'm loving my RG770DX LB Reissue, but what do you guys think about these? I know they're pretty "rare", but do you guys think either of them are a good/great deal? If anyone has experience with either, how will they stand up to my RG770DX LB Reissue (I'm curious because they're the originals from the "golden era")? Here they are, currently up for sale in my area (haven't seen either of them in person yet):

Edit: Typo in title - It's a RG760, not 770.

1) 1992 RG550DX LB (F217063) - $460 CAD no case - all stock / original. 4-5 small paint chips around the edges of the body and a small crack in the pickguard behind the tone knob (can see it in the pictures). Neck is in "excellent" condition (according to the owner). Pictures aren't the greatest, they're from the seller's ad.

2) 1990 RG760 CR (F007003) - $650 CAD w/ generic tear drop case - According to Ibanez Wiki these came in Cranberry Red (1990) and Lipstick Red (1988-1990). I'm not 100% sure which one this is, but it definitely looks more like Cranberry Red rather than Lipstick Red, which would make it rarer since CR was only made in 1990? Looks original except for the bridge pickup. Some rusty hardware and neck pocket cracks, but looks decent overall for the guitar's age.

I agree with Matias. Plus the 550 is a fair price. Personally I wouldn't pay $650 for the 760 if it has rusting and pitting.

What's "pitting"?

I just checked Kijiji again this morning, the seller has relisted his ad (probably b/c I haven't given him an answer yet), but for $400... His description now says "headstock was busted and repaired", but he has no pictures showing this...

Here's the description:
"Laser blue finish, mirror scratch plate. small cracks to the neck pocket on this guitar. headstock has been busted and repaired. Floyd Rose bridge... I think... but I dont know what that means... Old strings, Setup is jacked up. Original electronics, I would guess? 2 x humbuckers, 1 x single coil Acadamy in middle position with S1 cover. Im totaly into trades for anything that can be tuned without having the back of the trem pointing up at the moon. 400 just get it out of my house... ASAP"

Should I pass on this? $400 is even better, but seems shady that he didn't mention a busted headstock in his first ad.

Me neither. I'd give the guy maybe 300, considering I may have to get a new neck made but Perle or somewhere.

Does he have pics of the busted headstock? I had a crack in my 550 right behind the truss rod nuts repaired and it's as good as new. If it's something MINOR that can be repaired and he accepts $300 I'd say go for it.

Pitting has little bumps on the metal areas or a slight rough feel when running your finger over it. New would be smooth. A good example is an old chrome bumper or car part. It will feel bumpy. (For lack of a better term lol)

I asked for pics of the "busted" headstock repair job after he posted a 2nd ad, but he didn't reply. He now has a new ad back up for $500, and it doesn't mention anything about a busted headstock... seems a little fishy after he recently posted the previous ad saying "$400 just get it out of my house ASAP".

If you look closely, the RG760 looks like it has a small crack behind the nut, which you're right, doesn't worry me too much as they are fairly common and easy to fix if wanted. But when someone uses the term "busted", what comes to mind is that the headstock snapped or broke or something along those lines haha.
