fret buzzing- in the mornings vs in the evenings

got a small question
ive bought a rg1550, love it like hell, plays like a dream...

one problem i have with all of my guitars (electrics)
in the morning my strings play pretty good, with no buzzing/slight buzzing.
but when i play it for a long time, i get pretty hard buzzing at around the 12th fret of the g/b/e string
current setup: gauge 10 tuned Eb, 3 springs (factory setup), intonation is fine, slight bow and action is 2.3 mm at 12th fret unfretted, fretting first and last fret : 0.9 mm at 8th fret
need help!
local guitar stores couldnt help (hate them, got no experience)

That's quite a bow you've got there.
I'd put some tenssion on the neck, just get to 0.5 at the 8th with 1st and 19th freted and then you can get the action lower with less buzz than you have now.

how much? spin it clockwise (to left when holding the guitar), or counterclockwise (to right when holding guitar)
usually it say you mean like make the neck go pretty straight, but wouldnt that mean more buzzing?
lowering the action is also something i thought of, but buzzing buzzing buzzing

Clockwise, half a turn should do it.
Then leave it for a few hours (although some people leave it overnight) and then see if the bow is 1/2 of what it was before.

The thing is with a big bow frets 12-17 are at the "bottom" of the bow and are prompt to buzzing more than the rest.
The straither you get the neck, the lower the action you can dial without buzzing.
