FUJIGEN guitar

We are all known our beloved MIJ Ibanez was made by Fujigen, well at least most of them.
Now Fujigen has its own shred machine called 'MYTHIC'...

What do you feel about this?
Any complains? besides the matt black color?

my complains :
white body binding... never been a fan of this thing.
no headstock binding... yeah been my complain to ibanez for so long.

Re: FUJIGEN guitar

That's a pretty neat guitar. I wonder what fretboard radius and nut width is. FGNs are awesome, their curved frets, improving intonation are a great idea and very easy to transition to.

Re: FUJIGEN guitar

I wonder if they ever adapt the 17mm wizard neck thickness to one of their own.

Re: FUJIGEN guitar

We display across from them at winter NAMM every year. This last show on Sunday I had some time to sit down with a handfull of them - the build quality was superb, of course, and they displayed a bunch of cool custom colors & one-offs. I think some of the body shapes are a little off balance / odd looking, but that's just my opinion.

Re: FUJIGEN guitar

Looks like a Fernandes Revolver with a slightly off-kilter body.

Re: FUJIGEN guitar

This thread seems to get made every so often... concensus is usually the same "Oh cool" and everyone forgets about it the next day hahaha.

Re: FUJIGEN guitar

it's an eh... for me. I'm not a huge fan of that headstock, it's just so stumpy and curvy... it has no aggressiveness, no bite. body seems a bit oblong too doesn't it? almost stretched... The build quality maybe great, it might be innovative, but no one wants to play a stupid looking guitar, hence why no one has a steinberger anymore (haha). personally I think Fujigen should stick to making ibanez'.

Re: FUJIGEN guitar

Not bad. They kinda remind me of some Mayones models I've seen. I do like those Odyssey Virtuoso models.......if I had to go for anything by FGN it would be one of those.
