greenmeanie project next stage.

OK
Here is the next step of my green meanie project
I decided on a warmoth neck and I just wedged it to make up the 16th of an inch difference. I don’t know if this will affect the sound but time will tell.
I also can’t find the stickers only newer style one’s so I might just go with whatever stickers I feel like I am looking threw the grocery store for the 100% natural one that he has above his bridge pickup.

Re: greenmeanie project next stage.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Maybe the pickguard is just layed down and not screwed in. I kinda dont like the head stock. It would look better as one color.

Re: greenmeanie project next stage.

Looks good so far!

I like the idea of going with whatever stickers you'd like, instead of trying to find the ones that Steve had. It's already not accurate because of the blue lions claw, and really, the era of the Green Meanie you are going for strangely didn't even have a lions claw.

Re: greenmeanie project next stage.

Oh thats right. The headstock is like that with 2 colors not just one. Thats going to look cool when you get it to look like that.
