Help modifications

Just got a rg350dx 2005 model.

First thing i noticed was it was a pain to bend the strings.
Turns out it was the springs on the back, they have to broken in. Any tips how to do this?
My middle pickup doesnt want to go down, so im always pickin at it with my pick. Any tips to solve this?

And when i lock my strings in place with the alan wrench, the strings go a little too sharp. I understand this is normal, but its a little to sharp. Is this just a cheap locking nut?

Whats the best way to to set up intonation to.

it happens on all my guitars to some extent. it's mostly just the twisting on the pad as it receives the clamping force of the bolt. and it's exactly because of this that your bridge has fine tuners.

with experience, you can anticipate in what direction and how much the strings are going to go out and tune them accordingly.

Just go crazy on the whammy man, dive and pull up as much as you can.

Take the piackgaurd off and stretch the spring under the middle pickup and it will hopefully go down.

Yeah this will happen to any locking nut. Make sure your string retainer bar is tight and to minimize the strings going sharp, turn the screws on the lucking nut to make contact with the strings, then give a little jerk shut. Then fine tune.

With the Edgepro you have to see if the fretted note is sharp or flat, loosen the string, loosen the saddle screw and then move it accordingly.. it's a bitch.
