Help...Two serial numbers on the back of RG headstock?

Hi,
I have a 2001 RG3120DR which has two serial numbers on the back of the headstock. The main serial number shows the guiatr was made at the FujiGen factory. The headstock is a matching colour to the body aswell (which the standard RG3120 models don't seem to have from my research) so I wondered if it was a special/limited run edition or something?
Any help as to why there is two would be greatly appreciated!!

Re: Help...Two serial numbers on the back of RG headstock?

The specific model of RG, as well as the serial number, should be on the back of the headstock. If the guitar has a Floyd Rose style tremolo bridge, make sure it is not a Lo-TRS II. Those paticular trems are notorious for falling apart and not staying in tune.

I have an RG1202 from '97-'98 I think and it also has two serial numbers. One of the first Prestige models!
