I'll take group shots of my "collection" in the amp of doom thread once I upgrade the p/u's on my 550PN

I've always liked the red 770DX [and red is my least fav color] but i wasn't going to get the same guitar a mutual friend has... so I got a 760 instead... actually if i had a million dollars, i'd hunt down the same guitars in your collection :P i've always thought the blue 770's are easier to come by? must be not as of late...

I've come across a couple Framus heads but never checked 'em out... how's their voicing compared to a VHT or a Mesa per se?

Reg

Yeah those blue ones don`t come too often, the red i think is the most common.

Well the Cobra is a BRUUUUTAL amp, it`s made for downtuned madness, but it`s very tight and defined, like the VHT. Nothing like a Mesa in the tightness department, but very similar in gain and tone.

Damn right it kicks ass, it`s the most versatile amp i ever played. Every chanel sounds amazing. And it`s loud.

Yeah it`s a 20th, just got it a couple days ago. It plays sooooo nice.

Yes, it was blue. I see them every couple months (6-7 weeks or so) on the bay. They're usually a lot for nothing, but i'll be glad to let you know!
