Ibanez Artist 2663
I scored this beauty at the Dallas International Guitar Fest back in April. It appears to be 100% original - you gotta love the case.
I've seen pictures but had never seen one in person. There was a guy there from the Ft Wayne IN area who was selling an entire collection of 70's Ibby & copy era guitars... Usually those shows are all vintage Fenders & Gibsons, etc. I HAD to have it...

I used to hang around with a band from Detroit in the late 80's called the Cosmic Banditos... both guitar players had these. One had this one and the other had the version with the slider pickup. I had massive guitar envy back then, and in 25 years of guitar shows this is the first one I've ever seen pop up. I love it!!

Lucky! The guy I bought this from had both, and said he only does one show a year. If he still has it next year I'm going to have to get it, for sure.
