I just spend an hour on the harmony-central webpage reading reviews on different Ibanez guitars, including the Jem and UV. After reading the first 20 or so reviews an odd trend appeared to me. All guitars (most of them) got good reviews on playability, sound, finish and etc. But many of the people complained about the lack of (or no) costumer service from Ibanez, when they had problems and how hard they are to reach and so on.
It's a bit sad to hear that about Ibanez, has anyone here in the forum had similar experiences?
