Ibanez FGM 100PS

Hey guys, I saw a fgm 100ps in songbird today and its a pretty awesome guitar, but i went to harmony central and one guy said that some S series were released in the 90's that look like frank gambales models. Also he paid 1900 AU thats around 1,735 dollars canadian. But they were selling it for like $560 used. What do you guys think?? real or not.

Re: Ibanez FGM 100PS

As far as I know, only the FGM100s had the matching colour inlays on the S-series. Certainly Ive never seen an S series with pink sharkteeth inlays!!! Certainly nt in that salmon pink!!! Another clue is the matching headstock with black logo.

The other think to notice is that the FGM100 has pickup rings that are sunk into the top of the guitar and don't stand proud like on a JS or S series.

Prices on them have crashed in the last few years n the UK anyway, so I reckon the price wouldn;t be that big a guide anyway.
