im not sure but i think if u go onto the ibanez site (the canadian one adleast) it tells you the neck dimensions, you might find the information there..
Jim Dunlops calls the 6000 & 61xx Large or Jumbo: http://www.jimdunlop.com/products/maintenance/frets/chart.html
An early Jem would have 6100 (biggest jumbo apart from the 6000)
A more recent Jem has 6105, just as tall as 6100 but narrower. (starting with the 1993 7VWH)
A Jem90HAM has SBB 216-195 jumbo frets, like most 1998 J-customs and the Jem555.
Most others S-series, RG etc. are just labelled "Jumbo"
Some exceptions include the Medium/Regular 6230 on the FGM and the JS custom fretwire.
I just played on a friend's FGM which are supposedly medium, but when I compare those frets to my Jem777DSY or Jem90HAM they are are tiny. The DSY appears to have slightly fatter wire than the HAM but both are Jumbo.
Does anybody know what kind of frets are in the x series necks and the roadstar II necks? They seem really small to me.
