Re: Ibanez JPM100 P2

So you have to wait till there are some there, you will know how much people are asking then make your price
If for some time nothing shows up, put a high price like 2000-4000 dollars and see what people think about it.

IMO, you could easily get 2500 for it.

1. As you said, there's only 1 up on the bay.
2. The P2 /P3 seem to be the most sought after of all the JPMs
3. Never played Mint condition

Here in Japan, I saw a p4 go for retail price as a used guitar that was actually used quite a bit (had a few dings and normal wear and tear). Even in Japan, John Petrucci is insanely well known and liked in the metal and guitar playing community so things go for a premium here. If a regularly used one can go for retail price, a mint one can go for alot more.

Around 150,000 yen (which is darn near how much I paid with 20% off for my RG2550 :/ ) which is around $1400-$1500 with todays exchange rate (around 95-100 yen/$1). IIRC, the used one went for like 130,000 yen. Had you bought the JPM100 new when it first came out back in the day, you could probably have gotten it for like 120,000 store price. I'm assuming the guitar market was similar to today's as I have only been in Japan 7 years and only been playing guitar for about 2 lol
