That's what I thought. So they offered to give it to me at cost which is $800 plus the X100b at cost which would be $400. I'm still angry that Greenwood Indiana shipped it without the case in a flimsy cardboard box. The assistant manager at GC San Marcos said its about the third time that they have gotten burned by another store from the Midwest. They rated the condition at five stars and it came to me with 2 linear impressions on the face, dings, chips, and scratches all over the body. The guy in Greenwood said it looked fine to him, so the guy in San Marcos told him that he shouldn't look at and rate the condition of guitars anymore.
