Ibanez rg HSS japan?!

Hello I have a black Ibanez RG made in Japan guitar with licensed under floyd rose trem.. but it has two single coils and a hum. I haven't seen this but picked up the guitar for very cheap at a local shop. the pick ups seem like they don't belong with the guitar and the only thing I can find is a serial number.. so I'm wondering if anyone knows a few models of Ibanez RG's that had HSS and weren't Prestige's and what pick ups they might have come with.... thanks very much for your help guys!

reguardless I'm probably going to throw the new JS config in this thing :-D I like his new rail pick up and the mo joe!

-Cheers! Douglas James Whalen

Re: Ibanez rg HSS japan?!

here are a few pics... I looked at the old RG560's and they seemed to come with s1 and v2 pick ups this does not have that but does say made in japan also it has 24 frets and some of the 560's I saw did not. plus the newer body style as well.. GREAT guitar actually and the neck feels amazing just need to change the strings to 8's (which is what I use) and then pop in the satch mo's :-D!!!!!
