Re: Ibanez RG20071

They say 1300 euros in Europe for RG20072...
Usually your street prices are the same, but in USD...

This one looks like RG 548's in white, with HH instead of HSH

Re: Ibanez RG20071

lol i was just so enthusiasted about the offset dots i loved everything about that guitar
it makes the guitar somewhat different

@Reinder: the veener versus real flame or quilt is in depth of the figure. i find veeners somewhat 2D compared to real tops, and a bit grainy.

but the price tag they put on that wood... (not just ibanez, everybody for that matter) i dont know

Re: Ibanez RG20071

would be nice if Ibanez put ebony and real Dimarzio in 20071 and remove stripe.

Re: Ibanez RG20071

Why are people complaining about the abalone stripe? That IS the thing that makes it special visually. And this is a special edition guitar. Without that it'd just be an RG3120.

Re: Ibanez RG20071

It doesnt look special and Ibanez needs to reissue 3120 with offset dot and Dimarzios

AFAIK, it did have offset dots and Dimarzios. Or at least some models did.

thats why they need to reissue If they want to make it special, put tree of life inlay since price is close to J-custom.

Re: Ibanez RG20071

Damn, I'm starting to get more and more GAS for that 20071. I agree with Wild Child that the strip gives it something out of the ordinary. I want to see it in real life! And allthough I'd love to own a JEM some day I think the RG Prestige line and J Customs are much more exciting these days. And these two are nice examples.
