Ibanez RG350EX Grounding problems

i have a question about my ibanez rg350ex i just recently purchased used, well the problem is it sounds like it has a magor grounding problem, when i touch the strings or any of the metal parts on it , it buzzes and i get static like a mofo, i took the pickguard off and inspected the guts and the grounding wire is fine and in place and is not interfearing with any other wires :/
any tips of what could be causing this ??
