Ibanez RG7CTTL

Hi has anyone got any experience with these and information on them? I have the option to buy one right now but I know literally nothing about the model, if anyone who has played one tell me the specs so I can confirm the one I'm about to buy is legitimate, the serial number checks out as a 1993 model which is what the seller claims. Information asap would be helpful! Thanks!

Re: Ibanez RG7CTTL

There was a guitar going by that moniker on a famous auction site. It looked like a parts guitar to me to be honest, I was interested in whether it's a JEM neck with a refinished headstock on that one to be to be honest

That's the one I'm looking at. As far as I'm aware it's all stock. But anyone who has played one will know better than myself

Doesn't seem legit. Doesn't have the older style neck plate for a 1993. The same seller was selling an older ESP that doesn't seem legit too. Do hope that helps.

Re: Ibanez RG7CTTL

The vine looks factory to me, which means the neck would be. This might as well be 94' it's so late build and would be around the time Japan was winding doe the USAC and H&S and started experimenting with building this type guitar in Japan. The gig bag is typical home market bag of the period. So I have no knowledge of the model itself and not sure why they would put a vine neck on a guitar with Ibanez USA pickups, but that would also lead me to believe they were just experimenting.
