Ibanez SGs

I had heard that ibanez once made an SG clone too, which was confirmed by the post about the double neck SG. are these things stilla round, and were they any good?

You can see one on one of the old covers of guitar world with pat smear and Dave Grohl. Some of them were better than others but they were basically all comparable quality of high end epiphones at least generally speaking. They pop on evilbay on occasion so you may want to watch there for awhile. Some of the les paul copys werent so bad either. But typically I wouldnt buy one of these things unless I had played it. Youll never know what kind of bag of demons your opening buying one of the older ibanez guitars

caprile, i hate you. lol! do you have any idea how much money i have to go spend on ebay because of that link you sent me to? lol right now im swooning over the performance series PF100BK and those SG copys. damn theyre purty.

my faves are the 'korina' destroyers. do you know who used one of those to record most of the non trem tracks in his first album?

i played an old school 80s destroyer a couple weeks ago, was mad hot. the new ones are ugly though :\

Edward Van Halen. Vai uses a korina wood explorer for rythm tracks as well, but its a gibson not an ibanez destroyer. Only some of the old ibanezs are actually korina wood so be careful on what you pay for. I still wish I had a korina wood jem natural finish clear pickguard, ebony board with wood vine inlay
