Ibanez Standard Potentiometers?

I read an interesting article called Create A Two Stage Potentiometer and was thinking of getting a couple of push/push or push/pull pots.

What would be a direct replacement for the stock ones in an Ibanez Standard RG? I'm confused by all the different options - shaft length, shaft diameter, metric, standard, etc.

Ah that's my article!

I think from memory, any metric sized replacements are the right diameter, alpha pots and the like. You won't need long shaft, those are typically for arch top guitars. At the end of the day, if the diameter is a little larger than the hole on your guitar or pickguard it's easy to make the hole a little bigger with a range of tools and some careful work.
