I've yet to do it...

I dig those prolines. If I wern't getting a new strat next week I would have snatched up the one just sold on the bay for mega cheap.

Wicked collection. BTW, there was no RG750 in 1986! It's an '89 VP.

i too am fond on those in-between models, born right between Roadstars, Roadstar RGs and standard RGs. they're so cool, and pretty cheap also. i've got some myself too, but i'm more into the goose-beak headstock design. i love your collection, congrats!

ps: i think the 540S was born in 87

I dig the powder blue 440. But my Roadstar II is an RS440. What is the difference between that and a RG440?

Oil finished Neck
Smaller body
Edge Trem
IBZ humbucker
Completely covered Singles, angled.
Top-Lok III Nut.

I actually got up to 20 Roadstars/Prolines. I had every model from 1986 except I never could find a PL2660.

I've sold all but 4 of them. I'm playing mostly Strats and Teles now.
