Smile Just got a Washburn Sonic-7!!

Hi. Just got here from the bay. Awesome metallic purple, 2 duncan invader pups, very pretty birdseye board! It's a beast sonically, those pups are really aggressive, still have to mess around with my amp to get used to it. Way hotter than the pups in my conklin 7. I highly recommend checking one of these out if you get the chance, prices seem low considering they were made in the us. Sorry no pics (i fail).

They're a little dark, the back pic really is closer to the true color.
Purple = TONE!

Here ya go. It's the korean one, nothing special, but i like it a better than the 7621 and 7620 i used to own, i don't think i'm fond of basswood.

Really cool collection! What's the body wood of the Washburn?

Man, that little cutout along the neck joint looks pretty helpful
Does it give pretty nice access to the higher frets?

Re: Just got a Washburn Sonic-7!!

I don't really have a clue about the wood type, maybe mohagany? Upper fret access is really great on both guitars, but the washburns' neck is a bit chunkier.
