Real, USA-made Kramers from the 80s are very tough to beat in terms of playability, craftmanship, and quality. Unless it's a Pacer. Ew.

Kramer Baretta's... great stuff there.

Not a fan of Kramer's but that is one handsome guitar! I always loved the black and white with gold hardware look, classy...

Re: Just picked up a rare and cool 80's Kramer American Shred Machine (pics)

Thanks again.

The Ripley is called the Hex model because it has distortion
built in it as well as being a Stereo guitar.

I had Steve Ripley the inventor sign the axe for me.
Really nice guy.

As for the guitar on the left. The white one is not a parts guitar.
It's actually a Nightswan II.
Super rare, I also have a holoflash that took me 4 years to wait for.

I used to have a Cort Kramer lookalike that had the built in distortion... God I miss the 80'S.

Come to think of it, it may have been that crap distortion sound that inspired Grunge.

Dude that is an awesome Kramer. Brings me back to the days of the shredders.
Back in the mid 80's everyone wanted a Kramer,Jackson or a Charvel and you couldnt give away a Strat or a Les Paul. LOL
Hell I remember even the guys from Queensryche were endorsed by Kramer.
