Ok, here a question...

How do you pronounce the name of the company?

is it K by K (like in 4x4) or K ecks K or...?

I gotta ask... why is the quilted maple so expensive.... 600$ seems absurd to me, but I guess its a supply and demand thing, no?

Check the upcharge from other builders. Quilt is a $900 upcharge on a Suhr modern for example, and that's for a drop top not including the $400 to go to a carve top (these are all carve top guitars with thicker tops on them). The tops are also high grade, unlike the 3A found on most production guitars (Ibanez, most Gibson, etc)

Re: KxK Sii-7 7 Scale Fanned Fret Sale Run

Just got notice from KxK, this is officially going to be the last discounted run of these because with pickup winding, bridge milling, etc they are way too much work to do for this price. So if you want one better grab it now.

Floyds don't work on fanned fret guitars... though you could get an Sii-7 with non-fanned frets with those specs lol

Khaler trems will work with fanned frets, but they always have the intonation spread out over like 6 inches. lol

Re: KxK Sii-7 7 Scale Fanned Fret Sale Run

Yup and those Kahlers are also $800 for the trem alone as they custom build them to match the fan. NOT something you're going to see on a discounted run. Would definitely be available on a full custom though.

Last day to order
