Long lost friends, sweet homecomings...

Yes, we've all had this happen. You sell a guitar, and the minute it leaves your hands, you know it wasn't the best decision.

But how sweet it is when they "come back home"! That was the case with this Ibanez K7. I think it went through at least 2 if not 3 new owners since I sold it about 2 years ago. But she's home now, and minus a little "character work", not much worse for wear. This one was the best player of all the KoRn signature Ibby's I've had. Still is!

Glad she's back! Now...if I can just find a Blade Gray K7...

Re: Long lost friends, sweet homecomings...

Wait, is it the exact guitar you sold in the past or just a similar one?

Yep - it was in Chicago. There's a modded one that was for sale locally though. But...I hate EMG'S, and they had to do some routing to get them in, so I didn't go after it.

The guy I bought it from has had it for sale for quite a while.

Damn, I know the 'sellers remorse' you're talking about.

I had a 1990 RG520 QSTB. I sold it to a friend. I won't even ask him to sell it back to me.
He won't.
It's his favorite guitar now.

Just my luck... D'OH!
