Going to get one of these great guitars imo and can`t decide on the regular Mahogany or Candy Apple Red color. I know these are pretty basic guitars but i was playin one today and really was blown away by the playability and feel. Much better than alot of guitars out there that cost much more and the neck was excellent with low action and no buzz whatsoever. You put a better pair of pups in these babies and you`re good to go. But,first things first...which color to get? Help me out people,right now i`m 50/50 either way...if anyone can post pics of either guitars to make a statement and help me to decide let me see em. Thanks!!!

Yeah i guess the Mahogany Oil is the way to go. Seriously though these guitars are solid workhorses. I intentionally tried to make it buzz by playing really hard and nothing....just took whatever i was dishing out. I can`t say that about many other guitars,trust me!

I just got the mahogany oil one a few days ago. It really is awesome. It's the best feeling guitar I've ever played, which is weird since it's a lower end model. The pickups are actually better then what I expected too, but I'm still replacing them.

It's not a 321 but is a candy apple red RG; just look at how cool that looks, man.



Personally, I'd go for the red one but the mahogany one does look pretty awesome, too. You can't go wrong either way, I guess.

Hey Myst and Rain i remember you, its been awhile since i`ve stopped in here...how`s it going?

The Red does look nice but i`m really starting to favor the Mahogany!! The funny thing is yeah,its a lower end model but it is so solid and the playability is fantastic.My USA Fender doesn`t even play as nice as the one i just tried out yesterday. Excellent neck and solid Mahogany body..sounds good to me!

Mahagony for sure, especially if you play various genres, I play classical music and blues on my only guitar rg570 and I really hate the fact that it's metalhead-dark red.

yea you should make a poll o fthis thread. i'm for mahogany, even though i love Candy Apple, but it looked way better if the fretbaord was maple.
