Modding the RG7421 Updated as of 10-18-06 56K beware

Well thanks to Hirah for the Blaze Necks in both positions. Got them installed today and also put on the white knobs and switch tip.. The next phase is going to be the piezo mod time to start saving she is coming along nicely..

Ok here we go I have it wired like so..

Position 1 Bridge Humbucker
Position 2 Inner Coil of each Humbucker
Position 3 Both Humbuckers
Position 4 Neck Outer Coil Only
Position 5 Neck Humbucker

All electronics pots, switch, etc updated with Dimarzio and All Parts

Headstock has a custom sticker "7" on the truss rod cover thats her official name..

Enjoy I know I will..

Nice gutiar man, but "7" is the best name you could come up with, or is the fullname "7 onthe truss rod cover"? Wasn;t Seven the name of the anoying kid they brought on near the end of Married ...With Children, then one day he just stopped being on the show?

oooooooh, I get it not "Seven" or "VII" but 7, as is 21/3.
That's cool, prime numbers are our friend.

Nice! Again though, would you share with us just how you do the pinstriping; I've got a 7621 that's in dire need of it here!

Other than the 7 on the truss cover, I really like it, nicely done, it looks very sharp and im a huge fan of white pickups too.

I quite like the 7, actually, though I'm not particularly fond of the guitar's colour, I think I would have been tempted to redo it with something else if I had one of them. Does the headstock match the body? Doesn't look like it in the pic, but it might just be the light, I can't tell. Not that it matters, the purple-ish colour just isn't particularly attractive to me. White pickups are cool though.

Seen it on SS already, but I think it's super-incredible-awesomeness.
