My budget went uuuuup :)

Hey guys
ive been looking for a new guitar for a while now, with a budget of 1000-1200$ but i found out that i can wait a few months and save up to 2100$, so now im lost. I dont know what to check out. Im not able to go play in stores and decide cause.... there are no good stores around (Im in Jordan) But im not buying without trying any. Im travelling to the UK this year hopefully and i get to try stuff there (but im buying from the states. friends there comin over. so its cheaper. yay). So im asking for your opinion on what to consider and try
Enough with my life story Im looking for something for progressive, ala dream theater, that can also work for jazz fusion, ala Shawn Lane. All i require is 24 frets with easy access to upper frets and some sort of tremolo bridge (i dont care if its a floyd or not). The one that caught my eye is the Vigier Excalibur, but i want to try other guitars
Any suggestions?
Thanks anyways

Suhr are twentytwo fret aren't they? They might have 24 fret ones, but I'm not sure.

i didnt really like Carvins. And Suhr have 22 frets only. They are the most beautiful guitars ever though

Honestly, if you can afford an Excalibur, I don't see why you shouldn't get one.

Just making sure that there is something else i should consider. I havent tried them yet, but from the sound clips ive heard, and the pics ive seen, theyre pure sex

Well, Parker perhaps?

Honestly, requiring twenty four frets does sort of cut some of the options at theat level of quality. But I'd doubt you would be disappointed with a Vigier.
