My Carvin family: Guitar Porn on the couch

So yesterday way the Caparison day...

Today let's have a look at these Carvins!!

DC 200: Walnut body and 5 pice maple/walnut neck all oil finish
CT6M: Mahogany body and neck with flame maple top. Deep 3 step purple with black burst

mm I think the DC200 needs some cleaning

They're both great, but the walnut DC is my favorite.

No these are Sperzel locking tuners...

Note that there is no locking nut on the DC despite the floyd, and it never goes out of tune!!!

The purple one? it's te CT6.. carve top... CT3 is all mahoganny, CT4 is mahoganny with plain maple top and CT6 is mahog. with figured (flamed or quilted) maple top...

The other one is a DC 200...

Those look great. Thanks for the pics.

No thanks for making my Carvin GAS worse than it already is. I'm already considering selling my RG's.

Re: My Carvin family: Guitar Porn on the couch

uh oh. looks like the price of carvins are about to go up around here. carvins are top notch quality. I've been tempted for years. but since there is no way to demo them locally, buying a guitar without playig and hearing it is out of the question.
