My Strat project (malmsteen?)

Got my body sprayed today, Here's pics:

I was wondering if I could fit a 21 fret neck to my 22 fret body ? I mean it feels kinda loose.
I think the body is 58mm width and the neck is 56mm width.

As this body actually has a rosewood neck...being scalloped atm !

I know its not exactly like fender vintage white/cream but it does the job for me Looks better in person to be honest.

Wow! That finish looks like French Vanilla ice cream--time to go make a rootbeer float...

Re: My Strat project (malmsteen?)

Did you shoot the finish, or did someone else do it? If you did it yourself, make sure to let it cure for several weeks before you put the hardware back on.

Re: My Strat project (malmsteen?)

A pro at a garage did, he had it in a heat room for it to dry and told me it was almost fully dried. Told me to wait another day for it to dry...but excitement took over me It seemed fine though

I will admit though, this isn't my best scallop due to first time working with Rosewood but all in all Pretty good!

Looks great man! I love that buttery color on a Strat with a rosewood board, it's a very classy look.

My next strat is going to look the same, but its going to be a keeper as it will have a maple board!
